Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) The Registrar of
Titles may create and register a scheme notice for any strata titles scheme
that continues in existence under Schedule 5 clause 2(1) of the Act
to facilitate the registration of amendments to the scheme notice under the
Act.
(2) The scheme notice
must contain the information that is taken to be specified in a scheme notice
for the strata titles scheme by Schedule 5 clause 3 of the Act.
