of section 33(1), an easement of a class specified in the Table under the
heading “Type of short form easement” is specified as a short form
easement.
(2) For the purposes
of section 33(1)(a), the short form easement must be identified in the
short form documents using the description specified in the Table under the
heading “Short form description of easement” next to the short
form easement concerned (the short form description ).
