The rights and
liabilities under a short form restrictive covenant that is identified in
accordance with these regulations by its short form description are as
provided for by this Division in relation to that short form description,
subject to any contrary provision in the short form documents.
Note for this regulation:
Section 33(4)
provides that a short form easement or restrictive covenant runs with the land
and is binding on the owners, from time to time, of lots in the strata titles
scheme.
