(1) For the purposes
of the definition of approved form in section 3(1), a document, evidence
or information is in a form approved under the regulations if the document,
evidence or information is in a form approved by the Registrar of Titles.
(2) A document,
evidence or information is taken to be in a form approved by the Registrar of
Titles if it is provided in accordance with requirements specified in relation
to that document, evidence or information on the website of the Authority.
(3) An application for
the approval of the Planning Commission under the Act is in a form approved
under the regulations if it is in a form approved by the Planning Commission
(despite subregulation (1)).
(4) An application is
taken to be in a form approved by the Planning Commission if it is provided in
accordance with requirements specified in relation to that application on the
website of the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage.
(5) The document,
evidence or information must also comply with any other requirements of these
regulations and the Transfer of Land Act requirements.
