Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) For the purposes
of section 49(2)(c), the provisions of the
Commercial Tenancy (Retail Shops) Agreements Act 1985 relating to retail
shop leases do not apply to or in relation to a strata lease.
(2) This regulation
does not affect the application of the Commercial Tenancy (Retail Shops)
Agreements Act 1985 to any sublease of a lot in a leasehold scheme.
