section 120(8)(b), if a vote is to be taken outside of a general meeting,
the notice of the proposed resolution must specify the following —
(a) how
the vote will be conducted;
(b) how
a vote may be submitted;
(c) the
closing date for submitting a vote;
(d) how
the owner of a lot will know their vote has been cast;
(e) how
the results of the vote will be published.
