Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) This regulation
applies if a person who is a veterinary student or a veterinary nurse student
carries out an act of veterinary medicine.
(2) The Board may, by
written notice given to the person, require the person to give to the Board,
within the period specified in the notice, evidence that the person is
required to carry out the act of veterinary medicine as a part of the
person’s course of study.
(3) A person who fails
to comply with a notice given to the person under subregulation (2)
commits an offence.
Penalty for this subregulation: a fine of
$2 000.
