Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations An approval granted
under regulation 27(1), unless sooner withdrawn, has effect as
follows —
(a) if
the approval is granted on or after 1 July but on or before
31 December in a year, the approval continues in force until the close of
30 June in the following year, but may be renewed under
regulation 29;
(b) if
the approval is granted on or after 1 January but on or before
30 June in a year, the approval continues in force until the close of
30 June in that year, but may be renewed under regulation 29.
