WESTERN AUSTRALIAN MEAT INDUSTRY AUTHORITY REGULATIONS 1985 - REG 33C

33C .         No unauthorised private sale

                A person must not sell stock at the Muchea Livestock Centre by private sale unless the sale is authorised by the Authority or an officer, employee or agent of the Authority.

        Penalty: a fine of $5 000.
