(1) The fees set out
in Schedule 6 Division 3 are payable in respect of —
(a) the
grant of an approval to act as a stock agent;
(b) the
renewal of an approval to act as a stock agent;
(c) a
late application for renewal of an approval to act as a stock agent.
(2) Despite
subregulation (1), if the duration of an approval to act as a stock
agent, when granted, will be 11 months or less, the fee payable is to be
determined in accordance with subregulation (3) or (4), as the case
requires.
(3) The fee payable
for the grant of an approval, if the duration of the approval will be one
month or more, is the amount calculated in accordance with the following
formula —
where —
A is the fee payable
under subregulation (1)(a); and
B is the number of
whole months for which the approval is to be granted.
(4) The fee set out in
Schedule 6 Division 3 is payable for the grant of an approval, if
the duration of the approval will be less than one month.
