(1) A person who is
not a party to a dispute must not attend at a conciliation conference for the
dispute unless the Director or a conciliator directs or permits the
person’s attendance at the conciliation conference.
(2) A person who is
directed or permitted to attend at a conciliation conference under
subrule (1) must not participate in the conciliation conference unless
the Director or a conciliator makes a direction permitting the person’s
participation in the conciliation conference.
(3) A person who is
directed or permitted to attend at a conciliation conference under
subrule (1) does not become a party to the dispute as a result of being
directed or permitted to attend.
(4) A decision or
direction made under subrule (1) or (2) is not a decision for the
purposes of section 370(a) of the Act.
