rules —
application for conciliation means an application
for conciliation made under section 311 of the Act;
certificate of outcome has the meaning given in
section 324 of the Act;
conciliation conference means a conciliation
conference conducted by a conciliator under section 317 of the Act;
Director approved form means a form approved by
the Director under rule 31;
give has the meaning given in section 497(1)
of the Act;
lodge has the meaning given in section 497(1)
of the Act;
representative means a person specified in
section 365(2) of the Act who is appointed by a party to the dispute;
working day means a day on which the office of the
Conciliation Service is open for business that is not a Saturday, Sunday or
public holiday throughout the State.
