Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations A person who has paid
or is liable to pay, or who is entitled to receive or has received, costs as a
result of an order (a costs order ) for the payment of an unspecified amount
of costs made by a dispute resolution authority (whether the order was made
before, on or after 1 July 2024) may apply under the conciliation
rules or the arbitration rules, as the case requires, for an assessment (an
assessment of costs ) of the whole of, or any part of, those costs by a taxing
officer.
