This Part
provides —
(a) that
an individual of a specified class or description who otherwise would not be,
or might not be, a worker under section 12(2) of the Act is a worker for
the purposes of the Act; and
(b) for
the identification of the person who is the employer of the worker referred to
in paragraph (a); and
(c) that
an individual of a specified class or description who otherwise would be, or
might be, a worker under section 12(2) of the Act is not a worker for the
purposes of the Act.
