Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) A full audiometric
test carried out before 1 July 2024 in accordance with
regulation 19C of the former regulations is taken to be an audiological
test performed by an authorised audiologist in accordance with Part 4
Division 7 Subdivision 2.
(2) Any report
prepared and delivered to WorkCover WA under regulation 19F(1) of the
former regulations in respect of the full audiometric test is taken to be an
audiological test report prepared under regulation 45(6).
