not apply to, or in relation to, the following —
(a)
except as provided in the Work Health and Safety (Mines)
Regulations 2022 , a workplace to which regulation 10 of those
regulations applies;
(b)
except as provided in the Work Health and Safety (Petroleum and Geothermal
Energy Operations) Regulations 2022 , a workplace to which
regulation 3 of those regulations applies.
