(1) If an RTO provides
training in high risk work to a person and the person’s competency to do
that work is subsequently assessed by an accredited assessor employed or
otherwise engaged by the RTO to make that assessment, the RTO must keep all
records relating to the training and assessment of the person for 5 years
after the assessment is made.
Penalty for this subregulation:
(a) for
an individual, a fine of $1 450;
(b) for
a body corporate, a fine of $7 000.
(2) At the request of
an inspector, an RTO must produce records held under subregulation (1).
Penalty for this subregulation:
(a) for
an individual, a fine of $1 450;
(b) for
a body corporate, a fine of $7 000.
