Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) This Division does
not apply to demolition work on a structure by a person in the metal
fabrication or engineering industry in the course of maintaining,
refurbishing, upgrading, modifying or decommissioning plant.
(2) This Division does
not apply to demolition work on —
(a) a
fence or wall less than 1.8 metres in height; or
(b) a
structure less than 2 metres in height.
