WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY ( GENERAL ) REGULATIONS 2022 - REG 143S

143S .         Licence holder to return licence document

                A licence holder, on receiving a notice under regulation 143Q, must return the licence document to the regulator in accordance with the notice.

        Penalty:

            (a)         for an individual, a fine of $1 450;

            (b)         for a body corporate, a fine of $7 000.
