importer of a hazardous chemical must ensure that the hazardous chemical is
correctly packed, in accordance with Schedule 9 Division 2, as soon
as practicable after manufacturing or importing the hazardous chemical.
Penalty:
(a) for
an individual, a fine of $7 000;
(b) for
a body corporate, a fine of $35 000.
