Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations A person conducting a
business or undertaking at a workplace that uses, handles, generates or stores
hazardous chemicals must ensure that equipment is always available at the
workplace for use in an emergency.
Penalty:
(a) for
an individual, a fine of $7 000;
(b) for
a body corporate, a fine of $35 000.
Note for this regulation:
A person conducting a
business or undertaking must comply with Part 3.2 Division 4.
