business or undertaking must ensure that the training required under
regulation 445 includes training in the hazards and risks associated with
naturally occurring asbestos for workers who carry out work where naturally
occurring asbestos is likely to be found.
Penalty:
(a) for
an individual, a fine of $7 000;
(b) for
a body corporate, a fine of $35 000.
