worker must wear personal protective equipment at a workplace in accordance
with any information, training or reasonable instruction provided by the
person conducting the business or undertaking at the workplace.
Penalty:
(a) for
an individual, a fine of $4 200;
(b) for
a body corporate, a fine of $21 000.
