Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) An individual must
not smoke in an enclosed workplace.
Penalty for this subregulation: a fine of
$7 000.
(2) A person
conducting a business or undertaking at an enclosed workplace or a worker at
the workplace must not allow an individual to smoke in the workplace.
Penalty for this subregulation:
(a) for
an individual, a fine of $7 000;
(b) for
a body corporate, a fine of $35 000.
