business or undertaking at, or a person with management or control of, an
enclosed workplace, must ensure that notice is given or displayed to workers
at the workplace to the effect that smoking is prohibited in the workplace.
Penalty:
(a) for
an individual, a fine of $4 200;
(b) for
a body corporate, a fine of $21 000.
