commencement day means the day on which the
Work Health and Safety Act 2020 section 3 comes into operation;
longer transitional period means the period of
2 years beginning on commencement day;
OSHR means the Occupational Safety and Health
Regulations 1996 as in force immediately before commencement day;
shorter transitional period means the period of
12 months beginning on commencement day.
