Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations A risk assessment that
has been undertaken in accordance with OSHR regulation 3.1 is, on and
after commencement day, taken to be a risk assessment under regulation 12
of these regulations until the earlier of the following —
(a) a
control measure relating to the risk assessment is required to be reviewed
under regulation 38;
(b) the
end of the shorter transitional period.
