717 .         References to GHS

                During the shorter transitional period, a reference in these regulations to the GHS is a reference to —

            (a)         the GHS as defined in regulation 5; or

            (b)         the Globally Harmonised System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals , 3 ^rd revised edition, published by the United Nations; or

            (c)         the Approved Criteria for Classifying Hazardous Substances [3 ^rd Edition: NOHSC: 1008(2004)] .
