W.A. MARINE (SURVEYS AND CERTIFICATES OF SURVEY) REGULATIONS 1983 - REG 15

15 .         Suspending or cancelling certificate of survey

        (1)         Where the Chief Executive Officer is satisfied, by reason of a report, that a vessel under his survey fails to comply, for any reason, with the appropriate survey requirements, the Chief Executive Officer may suspend or cancel the certificate of survey and the owner shall be advised accordingly.

        (2)         Where the certificate of survey has been suspended or cancelled under subregulation (1) the Chief Executive Officer may require it and the evidence of survey to be delivered up as directed.
