W.A. MARINE (SURVEYS AND CERTIFICATES OF SURVEY) REGULATIONS 1983 - REG 6A

6A .         Half of fee under r. 5(2) and 6(6) payable if vessel is classed

                Notwithstanding regulations 5(2) and 6(6), an application for survey shall be accompanied by only one‑half of the appropriate survey fee set out in Schedule 1 where the vessel to be surveyed has been classed by a classification society appointed as an authority for the survey of vessels under section 24 of the Act.
