8 .         Special factors affecting survey, owner to inform CEO of

                The owner of a vessel shall report to the Chief Executive Officer any special factors that may influence the Chief Executive Officer’s survey requirements for the vessel, including any change of trade, operations, alteration to structure or machinery that have occurred since the previous survey.
