(1) A candidate who
has been failed in any written paper in an examination conducted by or on
behalf of the chief executive officer may appeal to the chief executive
officer for a reassessment of that paper.
(2) An appeal under
subregulation (1) must be lodged with the chief executive officer, in
writing, within 7 days after notification of the results of the
examination and shall include the reasons for the appeal.
(3) Upon consideration
of an appeal, the chief executive officer may reassess a written paper.
