WATER SERVICES (WATER CORPORATIONS CHARGES) REGULATIONS 2014 - REG 15

15 .         Interest accruing on overdue amounts

                If an amount payable under this Part is overdue, interest accrues daily on any part of that amount unpaid after the day on which the amount was due, at the rate of 11.08% per annum.
