Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) A water service
charge, other than a quality/quantity charge, that applies in respect of land
for a financial year applies for the whole year, even if the charge is
prescribed after the commencement of the year.
(2) However,
subregulation (1) does not apply so as to affect the amount of any charge
that has already become payable for the year.
(3) If, part of the
way through a financial year, there is a change of circumstances in relation
to land that means that there is a change in the water service charges that
apply in respect of the land, the charges for the year are to be calculated on
a pro rata basis.
