Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) This regulation
applies to an act, matter or thing done or omitted to be done under or for the
purposes of a provision of the Water Agencies (Charges)
By‑laws 1987 2 (the old provision ) before
1 July 2014 by a person, to the extent to which that act, matter or
thing has any force or significance on and after 1 July 2014.
(2) The act, matter or
thing is, if there is a provision of these regulations that corresponds to the
old provision in relation to that act, matter or thing, to be taken, on and
after 1 July 2014, to have been done or omitted by the person under
or for the purposes of the corresponding provision of these regulations.
