The charges set out in
this Division apply for sewerage services provided in the
2024/25 financial year and each subsequent year.
(1) For each
residential property in the metropolitan area that —
(a) is
not covered by item 4 or 5; and

not a caravan park or a nursing home,

of the dwelling by the relevant rate for the sewerage area set out in the
Table for residential land.
