Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations The following
providers of educational or vocational courses are prescribed for the purposes
of the definition of education provider paragraph (f) in
section 4 —
(a) a
registered training organisation as defined in the National Vocational
Education and Training Regulator Act 2011 (Commonwealth) section 3;
(b) a
registered higher education provider as defined in the Tertiary Education
Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (Commonwealth) section 5.
