Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) An offender
performing work is to be allowed during a normal working
day —
(a) a
break of 15 minutes in the morning;
(b) a
break of 45 minutes for lunch; and
(c) a
break of 15 minutes in the afternoon.
(2) The period of a
break taken by an offender under subregulation (1) is to be taken to be a
period of work in computing the number of hours of work performed by the
offender.
