YOUNG OFFENDERS REGULATIONS 1995 - REG 18

18 .         Certain substances prohibited

                An offender is not to bring to, or possess at, the place where the offender is performing work any alcohol, drug, toluene or any other substance capable of influencing a person’s fitness to perform work.
