(a) the
court is considering making an order under section 73(1)(c) that imposes
supervision conditions on an offender who lives in a remote area of the State;
and
(b) the
conditions being considered include a requirement for the offender to report,
the court is to take
into account the fact that the offender lives in a remote area of the State in
determining the appropriate requirement to report.
