129 .         Local Courts Act 1904 amended

        (1)         The amendments in this section are to the Local Courts Act 1904 *.

        [*         Reprinted as at 12 January 2001. ]

        (2)         Section 3 is amended in the definition of “Minister” by deleting “Crown” and inserting instead —

                “ State ”.
