64 .         Sale of Land Act 1970 amended

        (1)         The amendments in this section are to the Sale of Land Act 1970 *.

        (2)         Section 14(2)(b)(ii) is amended by deleting “, as defined in section 3 of the Legal Practitioners Act 1893 ,” and inserting instead —

                “ (within the meaning of the Legal Practice Act 2003) ”.
