ACTS AMENDMENT AND REPEAL (COURTS AND LEGAL PRACTICE) ACT 2003 (NO. 65 OF 2003) - SECT 96

96 .         Workers’ Compensation and Rehabilitation Act 1981 amended

        (1)         The amendments in this section are to the Workers’ Compensation and Rehabilitation Act 1981*.

                [*         Reprinted as at 14 September 2001. ]

        (2)         Section 84I(5)(a) is amended by deleting “State Crown” and inserting instead —

                “ State ”.
