(1) In this
section —
“assessment report” means a report on
an assessment given to the Board under section 105(7);
“medical report” means a report given
to the Board under section 101(5).
(2) An assessment
report and a medical report may not be admitted or used in any civil
proceedings before a court except with the consent of —
(a) the
person who gave the report to the Board; and
(b) the
person who is the subject of the report.
(3) A person may not
be compelled to produce an assessment report or a medical report or to give
evidence in relation to the report or its contents in any civil proceedings
before a court unless the report is admitted or used under
subsection (2).
