section —
“medical practitioner” does not
include an interstate practitioner or a defence force medical officer.
(2) A
medical practitioner must give the registrar written advice if a qualification
that enabled the person to be registered is withdrawn or cancelled by the body
that conferred the qualification.
Penalty: a fine of $1 000.
(3) The advice
referred to in subsection (2) must be given no later than 7 days
after the withdrawal or cancellation.
