(1) The Board may
appoint a person to investigate a complaint relating to a disciplinary matter
and report to the Board.
(2) The Board is to
issue to each investigator it appoints a certificate of appointment in an
approved form.
(3) The certificate of
appointment must state —
(a) the
particular issue that the investigator has been appointed to investigate; and
(b) the
powers that the investigator has under this Act.
(4) A certificate
purporting to have been issued under this section is evidence in any court of
the appointment to which the certificate purports to relate.
