(1) A
medical practitioner who believes that his or her ability to practise medicine
is affected because of an impairment matter may ask the Board to impose a
condition with respect to his or her registration.
(2) If the Board and
the medical practitioner agree upon the condition to be imposed, the Board is
to impose it on his or her registration.
(3) If the Board and
the medical practitioner do not agree upon the condition to be imposed, the
Board is to refer the matter to the impairment review committee for
investigation under this Part.
