POLICE AMENDMENT ACT 2009 (NO. 42 OF 2009) - SECT 15

15 .         Criminal Investigation Act 2006 amended

        (1)         This section amends the Criminal Investigation Act 2006 .

        (2)         In section 3(1) delete the definition of police officer .
