29 .         Section 12 amended

        (1)         After section 12(2)(c) insert:

            (da)         money that the Road Traffic Act 1974 section 80J(7)(j)(i) requires to be paid to the credit of the account; and

        (2)         After each of section 12(2)(a) and (b) insert:
