115 .         Sentencing Act 1995 amended

        (1)         This section amends the Sentencing Act 1995 .

        (2)         In section 9(1) delete “Subject to subsection (4),”.

        (3)         In Schedule 1:

            (a)         in the item for the Murdoch University Act 1973 delete “the”;

            (b)         in the item for the University of Notre Dame Australia Act 1989 delete “the University” and insert:

                The University

            (c)         in the item for the University of Western Australia Act 1911 , delete “the University” and insert:

                The University
